This serious little girl is Grace Epiphany. She was born on January 6, 2013. Her young life has been filled with sadness and hardship. Her father died in 2018 when she was just 3 years old. She has one younger brother. Since her father’s death Grace’s mother has taken on the care of her widowed grandmother and two young cousins. Her mother shoulders the burden of being the sole support for her family by selling vegetables and doing infrequent odd jobs when available.

The family lives in a small mud brick house and does not have access to electricity and running water. There is a community water pump where they go each day to fill large plastic jugs for bathing, laundry, and cooking.

This year (2023-2024) Grace is in 5^th grade. Her mother works hard to come up with money to pay her school fees knowing that an education will provide Grace with better opportunities.

Grace is hoping to find a sponsor.  Sponsorship will ensure that Grace can continue her education. Her school fees will be paid each year and school supplies purchased. In addition, her family will receive twice-yearly donations of 100 pounds of rice and some soap. This would be an immense blessing for the entire family.
