Hello, my name is Aicha. I was born in 2016. I come from a Muslim family. I live with my mom, dad, and many other family members in a large multi-generational home. We do not have any running water or electricity. The well is about two kilometers from our home. Neither one of my parents has a regular job, but our family has a farm where we grow the food that we eat throughout the year. This year (2022-23), I'm in the first grade. I walk about four kilometers to get to school each morning. I'm not really sure what my favorite subject is, but I like to play during recess with my friends. I especially like to play with dolls! When I am all grown up, I would like to become a teacher!
