Hey, my name is Apollinaire. I was born on September 15, 2015. I live with my father and my siblings in a small home. I have four brothers and sisters that are all older than me. We have a courtyard that includes other homes and there are over 15 people that live in our courtyard with us. There is no running water or electricity in our home. The closest well is about half a kilometer away from the house. One of my family members walks with me to school each day. It is about a kilometer each way. This year (2020-21), I am in kindergarten, so I am learning all about my colors and my numbers. I am learning Bible stories and how to play so many new games! When I am all grown up, I would like to become a teacher.
