Cloe Sonia OUAG
Meet Cloe Sonia, an amazing young girl whose positive outlook on life shines brightly despite the many challenges surrounding her daily life.
Cloe was born on November 24, 2014, in West Africa, where many families face difficult realities, including malaria and other illnesses, limited access to clean water and nutritious food, and challenging living conditions.
In 2024, Cloe’s life became even more difficult when her father passed away following a short illness. Her mother is now working hard to provide for Cloe and her two siblings by selling vegetables in their neighborhood. Despite her determination, she earns barely enough to provide food for the family. Sadly, Cloe’s older brother has already had to leave school so that he can help support the family.
Yet Cloe continues to persevere.
She has done remarkably well in school and, at just 12 years old, is preparing to enter 7th grade for the 2026–2027 school year. Cloe dreams of continuing her education, but she fears that her mother will not be able to afford her school fees. Without assistance, she may be forced to leave school as well.
With your sponsorship, Cloe can continue her education. Her school fees will be covered, she will receive the school supplies she needs for her grade, and her family will receive 100 pounds of rice twice a year to help ease the burden of providing food.
Cloe is a resilient, hardworking young girl with so much promise. Your support could make the difference between her having to leave school and having the opportunity to continue learning, growing, and building a brighter future.
