Their Christian faith keeps them strong despite the challenges they face daily. Their home has no running water or electricity. The nearest well is about half a kilometer away, and Franc or a family member makes this journey on foot every day, as they don’t have a bike. Despite these hardships, Franc's spirit remains unbroken.

Franc’s parents work tirelessly on their small farm, growing the food they need to survive throughout the year. The farm is their lifeline, especially during the rainy seasons when the crops flourish. Franc dreams of becoming a teacher when he grows up, inspired by the knowledge he acquires at school and his love for learning. After school, he enjoys playing soccer with his friends, a pastime that brings him joy and camaraderie.
