Hello, my name is Isidore. I was born in 2014. I live with my parents and my three brothers in a small home. One of my brothers is older than I am and is school, too. We do not have any running water or electricity in our home. We have to go about two kilometers away from our home to get water from the well. We are a Catholic family. I walk about three kilometers each way to get to school because I don’t have a bike that I can ride. This year (2020-21), I am in first grade. I am learning all kinds of things from my teacher. We are learning to do some math, which is my favorite, but I also like playing with my friends at recess. I especially like playing soccer. When I grow up, I want to become a doctor and help people.
