Nougabamba Aida 1056FSWSC13
Aida was born in 2006. She lives with her parents and 3 siblings in Sector 3 of Yako. The family was living in the capital of Burkina, Ouagadougou, but the living conditions were very bad so they came to Yako. Aida’s father works in construction to help care for the family. They live in an area that has electricity and they walk to a nearby well for water. The family eats meals primarily consisting of rice or to, a traditional African dish made from pounding millet into flour and boiling it. Aida is at the Sheltering Wings School and walks over 1 kilometer to school each day. She is very excited to be in school and needs a sponsor to ensure that she can continue her studies.
