Jonathan lives in West Africa with his mother and three siblings.He was born in 2012. He has faced many challenges in his young life. When Jonathan was just a boy, his father passed away, leaving his mother to raise their four children on her own.

Jonathan’s mother works tirelessly cleaning houses to provide for her family. Her modest income, however, is not enough to cover all of their basic needs and school expenses. In an effort to help the family financially, Jonathan’s older brother had to leave school and find work.

Despite these hardships, Jonathan’s family understands the importance of education. They are doing everything they can to keep Jonathan and his younger sister in school.

This school year, 2026–2027, Jonathan is in the 7th grade. He is a hardworking student who is determined to succeed. Yet every day, he carries the worry that his family may not be able to afford his school fees.

That is why finding a sponsor is so important to Johnathan.

Your sponsorship would provide Johnathan with the opportunity to continue his education by covering his tuition, school supplies, and school uniform. Twice a year, Johnathan and his family would also receive 100 pounds of rice and soap—providing much-needed relief for a family struggling with food insecurity.
