Rayane is a resilient boy who has faced much hardship in his short life. He was born on October 16, 2011. His father became ill in 2013 and after a short illness passed away. Rayane’s mother is deaf and was unable to care for her son on her own. So, he was sent to live with  his grandmother. Rayane was happy in his new home but then his grandmother passed away in 2021. His three uncles then shared   caring for Rayane. The uncle who was his primary caregiver passed away in 2024. His other uncle is in poor health and is unable to work. Therefore, he cannot take responsibility for Rayan’s care. His only remaining uncle does not have proper living conditions to provide for Rayane.

As a result, Royane has returned to live with his mother. It is difficult for her to provide for him since she only earns a little money selling water and barely earns enough to cover her basic necessities.

Despite the many challenges he has faced, he has studied hard and passed the difficult exam allowing him to be enrolled in the 7^th grade this year (2024-2025).
