Hello, my name is Relwende Abdias.  I live with my parents and my younger sibling in a small home that does not have either running water or electricity, so we have to go to the closest well to get our water.  We are a Protestant family.  One of my parents is an elementary school teacher, but we also have a small farm where we try to grow some of the food that we will eat throughout the year.

One of my family members normally takes me to school and then picks me up in the afternoon, too.  After school, I like to help around the house or play soccer with my neighbors.  When I’m all grown up, I want to become a doctor so that I can help other people.
