Hello, my name is Simon.  I come from a Catholic family.  My parents are separated so I just live with my dad in a small house that does not have either running water or electricity.  The well is about a kilometer from our home.  No one in my family has a regular job, but we do what we can to earn a little money and we have a small family farm where we try to grow the food that we eat throughout the year.

I walk about two kilometers each way to go to school.  My favorite subject is Math.  After school, I like to play soccer with my neighbors.  I also have to do my homework and help out around our house.  When I’m a grown up, I’d like to become a police officer.
