Gisloin is a twin, born in 2009. He lives with his parents, brother and sister in a mud brick home without electricity or water. They share their courtyard with 8 other family members. Josiane and the other children walk to a well to fill jugs with the water they use for cleaning, cooking and drinking. Gisloin’s parents grow their own food which needs to last all year long. They have no additional income. This makes sending their children to school an impossibility. Gisloin was given a place at the Sheltering Wings School. He is very smart and at the top of his class. When not at school, Gisloin loves to play soccer and plays every day with friends. Gisloin needs a sponsor to continue his education. Sponsorship will also provide help with food and medical care.
