Lea York

Being Brazilian herself, Lea has a huge heart for the people of her country, as well as for immigrants from surrounding nations.  She and her family have supported an ongoing ministry there for many years.  With the desire to see the Nova Esperanca ministry be fully funded and growing, God laid it on Lea’s heart to start a child sponsorship program to come alongside this already powerful work.  She is raising sponsorship funds to help undereducated and undernourished children through:

1.       Food assistance
2.       Mentoring
3.       Educational assistance (in the form of tutoring)
4.       Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
