Hello, my name is Kango.  I have been widowed for the last sixteen years.  My husband died of an unknown illness, which was very hard on all of us.  We had a happy life together which resulted in six children.  We were blessed with three girls and three boys.  Most of my children (or their husbands) work in the local artisanal gold mines, which are unregulated and therefore extremely dangerous. 

I have never been supported by anyone before.  My children are not able to help me.  Only now am I first asking anyone for help.  I have always done my best to financially provide for myself by collecting wood and selling it so that people can cook their meals, but it is getting too hard now.
